NSLS-II at Brookhaven reported NPCT DC current measurement linearity errors under certain ring filling patterns.
The problem was traced to a conceptual error. All NPCTs installed on synchrotrons with revolution frequency below 700 kHz may be concerned. Upgrade is free of charge.
